RETURN / CANCELLATION / REFUND – POLICIES

What to do if I want to return a product that I have ordered?

Customers are requested to be aware that our products belong to Education & IT industry and the required products is to be customized and delivered over email/google drive and digital in nature, therefore the order once placed for any cancellations request you have to ensure that :-

1. You need to cancel your order any time before sending course material/package/software through email or google drive to you on your registered email id (Normally with-in 4 Hrs of payment processing) as content is delivered online through mail or google drive, if you give cancellation request mentioning your Order No./Invoice number within 4 hrs or ” before sending course material/package/software” is sent to you, we will refund entire amount. You need to send your cancellation request mentioning your Order No./Invoice number to brainstarseducation@gmail.com, academymidbrain@gmail.com.

2. After 4 hours of order or sending products over mail/google drive (Whichever is earlier), the products/items are non-returnable due to consumable (digital) nature of the product after sending/sharing via email/google drive. 

3.In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours/days of receiving the product to resolve any technical difficulties which would be resolved by support team of Brain Stars Education.

How will the Money be refunded in case of cancellations?

In case you give cancellation order with-in 4 Hrs or before “sending course material/package/software” is sent to you (Whichever is earlier), we would process your cancellation request and your account would be credited back as per policies of Payment Gateway used and to same Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account used for transaction.
